Buying A Mobility Scooter
TPG DisableAids Scooter Advice
Staff can be contacted daily in the showroom, on the telephone or by email to answer any questions you may have regarding the selection of scooter to best suit your needs.
When choosing a scooter here are some of the questions you should ask yourself:
- Is the scooter comfortable to ride?
- Can I get on and off it easily
- Are the controls suitable and easy for me to use, particularly over a long period
- Does the scooter have the capacity to meet my needs?
- Will it be capable of handling the type of terrain where I anticipate it will be used most?
- Can I dismantle and reassemble the scooter easily for transport in a car, if needed?
- Does it have the mileage range I may require to pursue normal activities like shopping trips, visiting stately trust homes, garden centres or countryside rambles?
- Am I able to store and charge it easily?
Our trained staff can help you to answer these and any other questions you may have, to ensure that you make the right choice.
